These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of CORTEX DIGITAL hosting and related services. By subscribing you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. The service
CORTEX DIGITAL provides managed hosting infrastructure ("the Service"). The Service is delivered on a subscription basis and includes infrastructure provisioning, monitoring and technical support as described on the website.
2. Subscription and billing
The hosting plan is billed in advance, in U.S. dollars (USD), via Stripe. The current price is US$ 129 per year. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You authorise CORTEX DIGITAL and Stripe to charge your payment method on each renewal.
3. Cancellation and refund
You may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access continues until that date. We may offer a full refund within 7 days of the first charge upon written request to our support email.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, abusive or fraudulent activities, including malware distribution, spam, attacks against third parties or content that infringes intellectual property rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CORTEX DIGITAL is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, data loss or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the event.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email or in the dashboard at least 15 days before they take effect.
