This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it and what rights you have over it.
1. Data we collect
On checkout we collect: full name, email, phone, company name and website domain. The payment data (card number, CVC, billing address) is processed exclusively by Stripe and never touches our servers.
2. How we use your data
We use your data to provide and bill the Service, send transactional communication (receipts, status, security notices), provide technical support and comply with legal obligations.
3. Data sharing
We share data only with the third parties strictly necessary to operate the Service: Stripe (payment processing), our hosting infrastructure providers and email delivery providers. We do not sell your data.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep the checkout session and detect fraud (set by Stripe). We do not use advertising cookies.
5. Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to privacy@thecortexdigital.com. Requests are answered within 15 days.
6. Retention
We retain account data while the subscription is active and for up to 5 years afterwards, as required by tax and accounting laws. Payment data retention is governed by Stripe.
