What's included in the setup fee?

Everything to get you up and running: professional website creation (content writing, logo placement, photos, section configuration), service catalog setup (all your procedures with durations, pricing, room assignments), team setup (provider profiles, schedules), Google Business Profile creation and optimization, Google Analytics installation, and a personal onboarding call.

Can I switch plans later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time and only pay the difference. Your data, settings, and configurations carry over seamlessly. Many clinics start with Starter and upgrade to Professional as they grow.

What happens if I cancel?

With the subscription plans, if you cancel, you lose access to the platform at the end of your billing period. Your data is securely stored for 90 days in case you decide to return. With the one-time purchase option, you own the system permanently.

What if I exceed my SMS limit?

Additional SMS messages are charged at $0.02–$0.03 per message depending on your plan. We'll notify you when you reach 80% of your limit. You can also upgrade your plan for a higher SMS allowance.

How long does the setup take?

The project is delivered in two phases. Phase 1 (your website + Google presence) goes live within 10 business days. Phase 2 (the full admin platform with scheduling, client management, and dashboard) is completed within 45 business days total.

What's the difference between subscription and buying outright?

With the subscription, you pay a lower setup fee and a monthly license. If you stop paying, you lose access. With the one-time purchase ($5,800), you own the platform permanently. Optional maintenance ($147/mo) covers hosting, SMS, and support — with your first 3 months complimentary.
